D & T is managed by Anne de Neck and Didier Lozet.
Anne and Didier have also been actively designing and delivering programs and initiatives for young men and women in order to develop their skills to engage and participate in leadership, conflict resolution, claim respect for fundamental freedoms and rights and gender-equality and develop their capabilities to deal with adversity and common challenges.

Anne de Neck has been working as a trainer, coach and consultant in Europe, Latin America and Asia for over 25 years. On her way, she has picked up skills in four languages (English, French, Spanish, and German), extensive international work and life experience, excellent intercultural expertise, a penchant for personal development and strong customer orientation. Her philosophy is that training and coaching can only be successful if they are tailored specifically to each individual, promote joy of learning and encourage long-term personal change.
